How to set multiple labels for a topic?

    If by "labels" you mean "channels", then yes, a conversation can only be assigned to a single channel.

    Tags were removed in this version of esoTalk, they were very inconsistent for searching and people never took the time to fill them out.

    Find this post Toby Channels. Tags didn't work. They required too much user input and moderation. Channels are similar to forums/sub-forums, but with a better and simpler implementation.
