Adsense plugin? "Excellent Tutorial"

  1. 4 years ago

    I have not seen yet a plugin yet where we could generate money from adding 3 boxes for AdSense per page.. example one the left side (skyscapper) one at the bottom (rectangle) and one between posts (rectangle).

    If anyone here can code a simple plugin for adding AdSense placement on Esotalk it would be so much appreciated!

    src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
    </script>

    </div></div>

    But I advise you Placing an ad in size

  2. Anyone interested in making an AdSense plugin as mentioned above?

  3. i need this :(

  4. I don't see a need for AdSense in a forum software that is pretty much based on "ad free", if you wanna add ads to your forums then you could always do it manually.

    Great so what would I need to do to add the AdSense like skyscraper to the left or rectangle to the footer or rectangle to the header of esotalk?

  6. @Felli manually.

    manually :) is good

    Pretty much how it's done. xD

  10. If you want to show advertising You have to modify the file

    \core\skin\base

    Line 408

    change position fixed to absolute

    .scrubberContent {width:150px; position:fixed; z-index:2}

    .scrubberContent {width:150px; position:absolute; z-index:2}

    will show ads 160x600 Without problems

    enjoy :)

  11. And you can put In this way-image-

  12. Thanks for the detailed info
