[BUG?] views/error: message.fatalError is not translated

I've just installed mysql updates on my webserver, and while MySQLd was turned off I checked the website and have seen there the views/error.php page, where the message "message.fatalError" was not translated.

I guess that functions.general.php (where the "T" function is) or translations file is loaded after the initialization of connection with mysql database.

I'm just reporting a little bug, have no time to dig into it.

Edit: defintions.php has translation of message.fatalError
